Cherry's Exclusive Varilux Summer Promo
Our Cherry Exclusive Varilux Summer Promo is now open. This is our Sales Team's Regional incentive and a targeted promo.
Step 1: Share your Target list with Sales Support
Each Sales Rep should target 20 accounts:
10 current Varilux users
10 non-Varilux users (these can be existing or potential accounts)
Varilux reporting to follow for each of you.
The promo consists of two Varilux lens styles, Comfort Max and Varilux XR.
Accounts that enroll and sell the targeted lens style, July 1 through September 30, 2024, accumulate rebates that will then be given as statement credits on the same lens style purchases, October 1 through December 31, 2024.
Please review the two promo flyers for full details. One is for Comfort Max, and the other is for XR.
Accounts using Comfort Max already should be targeted to bump up to XR.
Accounts new to Varilux entirely can take advantage of both offerings if you choose to introduce both rebate options to them.
When you introduce the promo to accounts, please get an email address that we can use to send their rebate register and counts to on October 1, 2024. Please share with Sales Support or add to master spreadsheet when Sales Support has it available based on your targeted lists.
How the rebating will work:
October 1: We will generate reports for all participating accounts and email their rebate total to the provided address, along with a rebate register. The register will allow accounts to enter the orders on which they want to apply statement credits, for purchases made from October 1 to December 31, 2024.
